The FFB 100 is Southwest Boot Company's original 8″ firefighter station and duty boot — an NFPA 1974 certified, CAL/OSHA compliant workhorse that's outfitted more stations than almost anything else in our lineup. Where some of our other station boots use an oblique last, the FFB 100 keeps a classic round toe, giving your foot a little extra room up front for the kind of all-day comfort firefighters notice most on double shifts.
High-shine, easy-care leather keeps the boot inspection-ready with minimal upkeep, while a foam-lined collar and dual-closure lace-and-zip system lock in ankle support without slowing you down when seconds matter. Underneath, a full wraparound Goodyear welt and molded thermoplastic heel counter hold their shape call after call, year after year, and a triple ridge shank with a steel puncture plate stands between your foot and whatever's on the ground. The Vibram® Technical Lug outsole, built with a fire-retardant NFPA compound, keeps your footing secure on wet, oily, or unpredictable surfaces.
