RETURN POLICY

Note: This policy applies only to products purchased directly from SOUTHWEST BOOT COMPANY®. If your product was purchased through another retailer, please contact that seller directly regarding their return policy.

If you purchased a product directly from Southwest Boot Company®, you may return it within fourteen (14) days of purchase for store credit only (shipping fees are non-refundable), provided the product is in factory fresh condition*.

Please Note: We will not accept any items that have been worn, used, or returned outside of the 14-day return period.

To receive store credit, all item(s) must be returned in factory fresh condition* and in the original product packaging, with all original accessories included. If a product is returned in anything other than factory fresh condition, no store credit will be issued, and the product will be returned to the customer.

Southwest Boot Company® reserves the right to inspect all returned items and make the final determination regarding condition eligibility.

As much as you love your SOUTHWEST BOOT COMPANY® product, please understand that no matter how well you care for your SOUTHWEST BOOT COMPANY® product, materials will begin to experience natural break down and will start to show wear over time. Thus, returns and warranties will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.  

*Factory Fresh Condition - For an item to be considered factory fresh, it must never have been worn or used in any manner that would contaminate it with dirt, chalk, debris, or other substances. The item must show absolutely no signs of wear or tear and must be returned in the same condition in which it was originally received, including original packaging and accessories.

RESTOCKING FEE

A twenty percent (20%) restocking fee will be applied to any return that does not fully meet the factory fresh condition requirements, including but not limited to:

  • Missing accessories

  • Visible signs of handling, wear, or contamination

If a restocking fee is applied, the remaining balance (after the 20% fee) will be issued as store credit only. If an item is returned in a condition that renders it unsellable, SOUTHWEST BOOT COMPANY® reserves the right to deny the return entirely and return the product to the customer at the customer’s expense.

FINAL SALE ITEMS - NO RETURNS OR STORE CREDIT

The following items are designated as FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return, exchange, refund, or store credit for any reason:

FFB 105, FFB 305, FFB 405, FFB 1000, FFB 4001, FFB 8001, FFB 8401, OX 600, OX 605, CH 600, CH 605, HB 700, HB 705

Final Sale Sizes:

  • Sizes: 3.5 – 6.5 and 13.5 – 16

  • Widths: B, C, EEE, EEEE, EEEEE, EEEEEE

All purchases of the models, sizes, and widths listed above are sold as final sale. Final sale designation applies regardless of fit, sizing issues, condition upon receipt, or customer preference. Customers are responsible for reviewing product details carefully before completing their purchase.

REFUND METHOD

All approved returns are issued as store credit only.

Cash refunds, credit card refunds, are not offered.

POLICY ACCEPTANCE

Completion of a purchase with SOUTHWEST BOOT COMPANY® constitutes acceptance of this Return Policy, including all restocking fees and final sale exclusions.
