Memorial Day Complimentary Resole – Terms & Conditions

Valid for one (1) complimentary outsole replacement for one (1) qualifying pair only per eligible order. If multiple pairs are purchased in a single order, this offer applies to only one pair from that order.

• Offer applies only to boots purchased directly from Southwest Boot Company during the Memorial Day promotional period.
• Resole request must be submitted within two (2) years from the original purchase date.
• Proof of purchase is required.
• Prior to approval, clear photos of the boots must be emailed for condition verification.
• All resoling approvals are granted at the sole discretion of Southwest Boot Company.
• Leather upper must be in structurally sound condition and suitable for resoling as determined by Southwest Boot Company.
• Boots must exhibit substantial outsole wear, defined as approximately thirty percent (30%) or less remaining tread life, as determined solely by Southwest Boot Company, to qualify for complimentary resoling services.
• Boots deemed unsafe for continued use due to structural deterioration will not be eligible.
• Boots that have been altered, modified, or repaired by third parties are not eligible.
• Only the original outsole style that the boot was manufactured with may be installed. No substitutions, upgrades, or alternative sole options permitted.
• This offer includes replacement of the outsole only. It does not include midsole replacement, welt repair, upper repair, stitching repair, hardware replacement, structural restoration, or cosmetic refurbishment.
• Customer is responsible for shipping the boots to our facility. Return shipping after approved resoling will be covered by Southwest Boot Company.
• Complimentary resoles will be scheduled based on production capacity and may not receive priority over new production orders. Turnaround times may vary.
• Once resoling authorization is granted, boots must be shipped within thirty (30) days of approval.
• Offer value not to exceed $100 per pair and holds no cash value.
• Offer is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
• Offer valid within the United States only.
• This promotion is separate from and does not extend or replace the standard manufacturer warranty.
• Southwest Boot Company reserves the right to modify or terminate this promotion at any time.
